Peer Review Process

Peer Review Policy

The editorial board will select all submissions received. Selected manuscripts will be sent to reviewers for feasibility review. Peer review is conducted blind to ensure objectivity in assessing the manuscript’s feasibility. Reviewers can decide whether the manuscript is accepted without revision, with minor modifications, significant revisions, or rejected. The accepted manuscript will be edited and published.

Criteria for Review : Reviewers will evaluate manuscripts based on the following criteria:

  • Originality
  • Relevance to the field
  • Methodological rigor
  • Contribution to existing knowledge
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Review Outcome: Reviewers will decide whether the manuscript is:
    • Accepted without revision
    • Accepted with minor revisions
    • Accepted with major revisions
    • Rejected
  • Review Timeline: The typical review process takes approximately 2-3 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on the reviewers’ availability and the manuscript’s complexity.

Conflict of Interest

  • Disclosure: Reviewers and authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could bias their judgment. Conflicts of interest must be reported to the editorial board, which will handle them to maintain the integrity of the review process.

Publication Ethics

  • Standards: The journal adheres to strict ethical standards. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and image manipulation are not tolerated. Authors must ensure the originality of their work and appropriately cite sources.

Revision Process

  • Submission of Revisions: Authors may be asked to submit revisions based on reviewers’ comments. The revised manuscript should address all points raised by the reviewers. Authors are given a specified timeframe to submit revisions (usually 2-3 weeks).
  • Additional Review: Revised manuscripts may undergo additional rounds of review if necessary.

Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

  • Issuance: A Letter of Acceptance will only be issued once the authors have submitted their revised manuscript based on reviewers’ suggestions and have made the necessary payment as specified in the APC (Article Processing Charges) section.

Publication Process Flow

  1. Submission: Authors submit manuscripts through the journal’s online system.
  2. Initial Screening: The editorial board conducts an initial screening to ensure the manuscript fits the journal’s scope and meets basic quality standards (1-2 weeks).
  3. Peer Review: Selected manuscripts are sent to at least two reviewers for anonymous review. Reviewers provide recommendations: accept without revision, accept with minor modifications, accept with major revisions, or reject (4-6 weeks).
  4. Decision: The editorial board reviews the reviewers’ feedback and decides. The decision and reviewers’ comments are communicated to the authors (1-2 weeks).
    • If minor or major revisions are required, authors will revise and resubmit their manuscript (1-2 weeks).
    • The revised manuscript may undergo additional rounds of review if necessary.
  5. Acceptance: Once the manuscript meets all the requirements, it is accepted for publication. A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued upon submission of the revised manuscript and payment of APC (1-2 weeks).
  6. Editing: The accepted manuscript undergoes editorial editing to ensure clarity, coherence, and formatting consistency (1-3 weeks).
  7. Proofreading: Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication (1 week).
  8. Publication: The final version of the manuscript is published in the journal.
